2022.01.28 02:45 Emotional-Dealer-306 Need a New Clan

I’m frustrated with the clans I’ve joined since I end up having to carry the clan for different clan war battles. Either no one joins for the clan bonus or no one even does the challenges. I’m basically looking for an active clan that has more than just 10 people actually doing challenges. Comment or message me about your clan. I’m active and definitely want to contribute to a winning clan.

2022.01.28 02:45 ogyazzy Approved for chase FF with low limit and denied amazon signature card any idea why?

I applied on January 21 for Chase Freedom Flex and got approved with a low limit of $500
Background. 20 years old. Annual income $30,000
Cards I own:
I’ve been with Discover since June 2020. I started out with a secured card. Graduated to a Discover chrome card around 7 months after. I recently got this card converted to discover it cash back last month. Limit ($2500)
Citi custom cash (December 2021, $4300 limit)
I had a self card also from April 2021-December 2021 (closed)
I once had a fico score of 776 but when I got done with self and got a car loan (got a new car end of December 2021) it went down to 720 (that’s my current credit score and also the score when I applied for CFF and amazon signature card).
I think with all my activity from December 2021 (new car loan, new card/citi , closed card) is the reason why I got approved with a low limit. I’m not completely sure.
I also tried to apply for the amazon signature chase card today and got denied. I feel like I probably got denied since i had just applied for CFF and got approved
I want to work my way into the chase family but by the looks of it I don’t think chase is right for me.
I think it’s best for me to stop applying for cards right now and just work on getting my score back up.
I hope all my information makes sense.

2022.01.28 02:45 Inner-Efficiency-782 Any PvP guild on Gehennas (pref. Norwegian or Scandinavian)

Hey, Are there any PvP guild on Gehennas? Pref Norwegian/Scandinavian, but I'm absolutely open for an English only guild as well.
I'm quite new and still learning the basic in pvp and only got a few pvp items. Disc Priest. 2v2, slowly climbing towards 1000 with a rl friend. 3v3, was a mess..
BG griend alone is quite tedious.

2022.01.28 02:45 onionagitation Coerced into resigning but separation agreement says voluntary resignation.

It was a hostile work environment.
I was asked for resignation by supervisor , I refused to resign. I asked him to let HR terminate me.
He talked to HR and informed me that HR will work on termination next week.
I thought and decided to resign else it looks bad on record . I emailed my resignation

They are offering a 2 week severance if I sign an agreement.
The agreement says "we have accepted your written notice of voluntary resignation". Should I sign?
I do plan to apply for EI as well , I hope I will get EI with the circumstances I quit under. Will signing this agreement impact my EI chances in any way?

2022.01.28 02:45 HeftyPea7335 Question to male trainer's/coach or ladies teams...

I knew a guy a few years ago who trained a ladies GAA team and he used to say his wife didn't want him to do it for the hassle it could bring. He never elaborated on what was the issue, but it got me wondering how he actually was able to manage a ladies team. It's been a while since I was part of a GAA locker room , but it was basically full of guys walking around naked before/during/after a match from shower's/changing etc. How would this work in a ladies team? He hardly gives the team talk by phone from the car park😂.. it's s silly question, but I'm intrigued now...any ladies want to enlightenment me.. thanks 👍

2022.01.28 02:45 WDfx2EU How common/normal is it to have a conflict with someone at work? At what point should you worry that the issue is YOU and not someone else?

Apologies for how long this is...
For context, I'm 36M working in tech marketing and I've been very successful at working my way up from a late start in my career. My last day at my current job was today and I start a new great role in a week. I'm really proud of everything I've achieved so far, have some great accomplishments to look back on, and I have made friends at every role I've had that I still keep in touch with. Both my manager and director have been supportive of the move and I'm leaving the company on good terms.
Even though everything is going great on paper, and has been for years, I'm really nervous because I seem to be unable to avoid pissing at least one person off at each job including this one.
Even as far back as waiting tables before I started my career, I can usually identify one person at each job that I had a very poor relationship with. I'd go so far to say that at a some jobs there was one person who absolutely hated my guts. Sometimes I could tell and so I avoided the person, but sometimes I would hear about it after the fact from another colleague, like "Oh yeah, Jane hated you, she used to talk about it all the time."
Most of the time I've gotten over it by just telling myself: you didn't do anything wrong, if someone doesn't like you that's their problem, you can't please everyone, etc. But this has happened to me no less than 5-6 different times and I can't help but think I'm doing something seriously wrong or putting myself at risk by creating negative relationships.
There have also been 2-3 additional people that I have had direct conflicts with, as in we butted heads over something, and they reacted very strongly and negatively, and the negative feelings were mutual.
An example would be a woman that was a couple rungs higher than me in the company when I worked in a large global corporation. She very sarcastic and condescending in emails to both me and the rest of my coworkers, and I would stand up to it or push back more than most. Never anything nasty or unprofessional, but if she unnecessarily chastised someone in an email chain for a mistake, I wouldn't hesitate to say something like, "Sorry, that criticism is not warranted. So-and-so did exactly what they were asked and I can confirm that it was a technical issue blah blah blah...." That type of back and forth escalated until I really became worried about my job. Luckily, in that case I was approached by a recruiter for a better role before anything came to a head.
The weird thing is 95% of these people have been female. I have no problem with girls and don't know of any obvious reasons this would be the case. It's possible that it just has to do with marketing being a female-dominated industry. I grew up with all boys, so I guess I'm socially more comfortable around guys. I've asked my wife and she doesn't seem to think there is any reason I would specifically have issues with female coworkers, other than just being "very boyish".
As for me: I have extreme social anxiety and am a huge introvert, meaning I don't enjoy most social interaction because I find it exhausting. However, other people don't see me that way at all. I come across to others (based on what people tell me) as extremely confident, sociable and comfortable interacting with others. I tend to speak authoritatively and command attention, but I can also overshare and dominate conversations too much sometimes. Despite my intense social anxiety, I am generally well liked and popular in social circles.
It's not that I don't have lots of good relationships, it's just that I also have at least 1-2 people everywhere I go that intensely dislike me.
I'm also very confident in my work, I'm ambitious, and passionate about what I do. I'm absolutely not dishonest, deceitful, backstabby, a kiss-ass, or embracing any of the obvious traits that people hate in the workplace. However, I do stand my ground and stick up for what I believe. I'm not argumentative per se, but I'm definitely not a pushover. I won't let people walk all over me, so I will give attitude right back, even if it's someone higher up. I find most people respect that about me, but I can see how it would rub others the wrong way.
So this leads me to today. There is one woman at my current company (the one I'm leaving) who is in somewhat of a leadership position. She is very loud, brash, opinionated, and is not shy about letting people know if she doesn't like them. She's a handful, but also very experienced and talented and we've always had a great relationship. Unfortunately we had a bit of an argument in a meeting last week over a minor issue, and I've now crossed over to her bad side right as I'm getting ready to leave this job. I can't help but look back at things and think, "Welp, I've done it again. I can't avoid creating conflict everywhere I go."
I even sent her an apology today about that meeting, which was a little embarrassing because it was such a minor issue, because I could tell she was still holding on to a grudge in our interactions. I can see through our messaging app she read the apology and never responded. She then sent me a very dry email about something unrelated. And now we'll probably never speak again.
The thing is, when I look back at each of these specific instances I do not doubt for a second that I did the right thing in each conflict or interaction. I stood up for myself when I needed to, and I never crossed any professional lines or did anything hurtful, and sometimes I don't think I did anything at all! When I do recognize I've made a mistake or spoken to someone in the wrong tone, or did anything that may have been unreasonable, I will always own up and apologize. In some cases, it seems like these people just straight up didn't like me from day 1.
However, when taken altogether, there is clearly a pattern here and I'm worried that I'm doing something that I'm simply not aware of. For whatever reason, none of these people have ever come to me directly and said, "I have a problem with this thing you do and I'd like to address it." It's usually just tons of passive aggressive interaction or talking to others behind my back.
My wife has pointed out that she has noticed I always tend to have a conflict at work, and that sometimes I would do better just to let things go more often. I'm not exactly a "kill them with kindness" type person. At the same time, I put a lot of the success I've had and my continual upward trajectory in my career down to the confidence and passion I bring to work - I don't want to compromise what makes me successful just so I can avoid having anyone dislike me (especially if these aren't very nice people to begin with).
I guess what I'm really asking is: how important is it for me to worry about this and get to the bottom of it? Or is there merit in simply saying to myself: f$% those people, you've done a great job so far, worry about yourself?
TL;DR: I seem to have at least one coworker (usually female, but not always) that really hates me at each job I have. It doesn't effect my work and I have a great career, but it's concerning. I don't know what exactly causes this, but it's happened enough times to be a pattern. Is it common to have a coworker who you don't get along with at most jobs, or is this something I should talk to somebody about? At what point does/did the problem become me?
